Is my semen analysis report normal?
SEMEN REPORT MACROSCOPY volume- 1.5ml 01-04 colour- gray white viscousity- normal VISCOUS liquification - 15min UPTO 20 MIN ph-8.0 fructose test - positive positive MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Motility 1st hour - 15% motile 70-90% count - 40mil / ml 60-130MILL/ML Morphology Active motile - 5% Sluggish Motile - 10% Sperm Morphology - 15% Leukocyte - 4-5 / hpf ABSENT RBC - 3-4/hpf ABSENT

ur Semen count is not mentioned.U have to repeat ur semen analysis at monthly intervals 3 times, each time after an abstinence of 3 days .Then only we can comment.

I will try my best to provide you with best possible professional recommendations to your questions.
Macroscopic features are fine, but in microscopic feature there are problem.
At least 30% active motility should be present, that to forward motility, but in report it has only 15% in that only 5% are actively motile. Active motility is very important factor in determining the fertility.
Normal sperm morphology is usually between 30 - 50%, but in your case is it is 15%.
RBC's are usually absent, presence indicate infection.
I advice you to go for course of antibiotic and then again do a retest after abstinence of 3 days not more or less than 3 days.

the macroscopic examination is ok, but in microscopic examination motility and morpholgy is low .for treatment Ayurveda has very effective spermatogenic medicines and herbs. you can start with tab spemen for 3 months.along with this take a healthy diet and stop alchohol ,smoking if you do.repeat the test at monthly interval .

The semen report you have attached calls for proper treatment in case of succeding for pregnancy. There are number of spermatogenic herbs that we use to increase the count. musli shatawari kaunch etc are rendering good results. You can try cap. addyzoa for three months. Hopefully the condition will improve a lot.
