Is My Semen Analysis Report Correct ?
DR,Below is my Semen Analysis report Please suggest: Quantity: 1.5ML, Color: Grey White, Reaction Alkaline, Liquification Time: 20 Mins, Visosity: Normal, Fructose: Positive, Total Sperm count: No living or dead sperm seen, Sperm Motility: 0%, Active: 0%, Sluggish: 0%, Dead Sperm: 0%, Abnormal Forms: 0%, PUS cell: 2-3 HPF, Epithelial cells: Few, Macrophage: Absent, Tricomonas : Absent, Fat globules: absent, ... Please tell me is it correct, or lab person did some mistake

Dear,your semen report is not showing any sperm.You need to under go test again.Please observe abstinence for 3 days,collect sample properly and reach lab within 30 minutes with proper transportation.You should go for minimum 3 sample testing like this before reaching any conclusion.take care.

The above report shows that there are no sperms such a condition is called Azospermia.If you have a doubt you can please the report but this time do the report by having 7 days abstinence (do not have sex for 7 days before the test ) & give the sample in lab .If the second report also shows the same analysis you will have to consult a Andrologist/Urologist who will further investigate you to find the reason of Azospermia.Presently relax & repeat the test as advised.
