Is My Pregnancy Confirmed Or Is It Chemical Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 30 Years old. My LMP is 3rd Dec 11. UPT was done on 17th Jan which showed Weakly positive . Sonography was done on 21st Jan. It showed no presence of G. Sac. Again, beta HCG test was done on 23rd Jan. The count is 2811.7 mIU/ml. My question is whether the it is a confirmed pregnancy or some chemical pregnancy. Is it normal? I am very much worried. Please suggest something. Thank u.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Weakly positive urine pregnancy test, non visualization of gestational sac in the uterine cavity and low beta hCG are suggestive of ectopic pregnancy or chemical pregnancy.
I would suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out any ectopic pregnancy. If it is not there, then the diagnosis is chemical pregnancy and needs to be treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
