Is My Pregnancy Alright?

just had my transvaginal ultrasound today and the result is single gestational sac with a yolk sac but with no embryonic pole yet, it well decidualized.. according to the doc i am 4 weeks and 3 days... is it possible that it is not visible yet? will it be a risky pregnancy for me?

Better you wait for 10 days and then get repeat sonography....
