Is My Eardrum Perforated?

Ruptured ear drum, I have a head ache all the time and no energy. My doctor prescribed one round of antibiotics but it's been 7 days and my ear is still blocked and I cannot hear and I have a constant ringing noise in that ear.
Is this a perforated ear drum or worse? Please hlp

hello, thanks for ur query, ear block, ringing sensation detones eusthacian tibe( tube connects ear and nose) block, or fluid behind d intact tympanic membrane. u can start otrivin nasal drops twice daily for one week.valsalva monoere( watch utube) , if d status persistent do audiology test and visit ent surgeon. all d best. take care.
