Any trauma to head must be under observation for 48 hours.if she develops vomitings, seizures or headache or any visual symptoms, then u must immediately take her to neurosurgeon. Mild dizziness can be common due to minor injuries ,but it is advisable to have a ct scan to rule out any internal bleeding.
