Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Anxiety, depression and eating disorders are found co-morbid in a lot of individuals. These disorders come in a common spectrum and cause significant distress in individuals. Commonly used drugs of anti-depressants class like SSRIs are also drugs of choice in bulimia and anxiety disorder. These disorders are not related to ADHD. ADHD have different presentation in adults and they have more and more complaints of poor concentration and inattention and not depressive symptoms.

If you have doubts regarding your diagnosis you can consult a different psychiatrist for re-evaluation.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
