I feel my breasts are too big for my age? is that true?

Hello, I'm 12 and 5'3 and 140 lbs. I wear a 36 A bra. are my breasts too big?  I compare mine with my cousins and they look very very bigger. So I'm kind of embarrased about it. be truthful when answering this question pls
