Is My Blood Pressure 200/100 Too High?

I am 22, I don t smoke or Drink.... I don t use much salt. I exercise 4 times a week (strength training). 87kg; 1.8 m Tall. I was about to donate blood and they said I cant donate today as my blood pressure is too high .... 200/100..... Measured twice... How bad is it? I have had a slight headache today but not major though... I had no coffee either..... My father has high blood pressure

This is called secondary hypertension. you must get admitted of such a high BP and your BP must be brought down to safe levels or there is a risk for bleeding in the brain. the high BP your dad has is called primary hypertension attributed to stiffened blood vessels but yours has to be evaluated for specific causes like kidney failure, tumours of adrenal gland, renal artery stenosis etc.
