Is My HCG Level Normal? Am Pregnant, Dizzy, Have Burning In Lower Back, Cramps, Anemia

Yes I m 5 weeks prego ..I just recently had a tubal pregnancy, well my hcg blood work came back 74 I was wondering if that was normal. Also I ve been by dizzy, burning in my lower back in right kidney area as well as around my waist line in mild cramps that feel like period cramps is this normal. I also suffer from anemia .

hi,
according to your gestational age your HCG levels are within normal limits, for 5 weeks of gestational age from last menstrual period the levels should be around 18 to 7,000.

some amount of pain and giddiness are common in pregnancy,
if they persist or increase in severity better consult gynecologist once and get examined.
