Hi there, Thanks for your query. I presume that you must have consulted a Neurologist, who had reached to a certain diagnosis after thorough examination and relevant investigations. However, your symptoms are suggestive of Motor Neuron Disease or its variant, which is gradually a progressive condition and, incurable. Chronic Inflammatory Polyradiculopathy is another possibility, though your symptoms and presentation do NOT meet the diagnostic criteria for this condition.
