Is Morning Sickness And Lower Back Pain Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi doc.we were trying pregnancy for last month.but i got my regular period on 30june.after i finished my period on 4th.today is 9th july.i m feeling morning sickness and ystday it was lower backpain. so is there any chance for pregnancy?is possible for late implantation? plz help me out
i 26 female.i had d&c on april7th.iwas on 6th week.baby's heart beat was stopped.and got my regular period on may and june

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.
Sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage.

2 ) If it was your regular period then chance of getting pregnant is almost nil.
If you have any dilemma about pregnancy, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) If you are planning for pregnancy, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water iin the day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Use of vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant is advisable. This will help to prevent various complications during the pregnancy.
