ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, mometasone furoate is not the treatment for ear pain relief. Secondly, there are many causes of ear pain including impacted wax, ear infection due to flu and other infections. What would have helped in the ear ache last time may not work now as the condition may be different. Please consult an ENT. Till then give mild pain killer tablet and do not meddle with the ears.
