Hello dear I understand your concern Missed period is most common and cardinal symptoms of the pregnancy. Sore breast may be a symptoms of pregnancy but also occur in the hormonal imbalance. There is always chace of the pregnancy in the unprotected sex if you have did sex in the fertile phase of the period. I advise you to go for the home pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm the pregnancy. If you will be pregnant then still it can be terminated by the abortion pill under the supervision of the gynecologist.
