Hallow Dear,

Though faint positive (weak positive) pregnancy test is an issue of serious concern as it suggests ectopic pregnancy, your subsequent pregnancy test is regular positive. So there should not be any concern.

Now that your second pregnancy test is positive, your pregnancy is confirmed. So if this is a wanted pregnancy, please report to the Ante Natal Clinics for enrolment and regular check up; if it is unwanted pregnancy, it can be terminated safely by medicines upto 9 weeks of gestation.

I hope this helps you today.
