Is Mild Spotting During Early Pregnancy Normal?

Hi doctor ,am 6 week pregnant.since yesterday I got mild spoting.its not really bleeding just like staining after urination.I consult with the er dctr...she did ultrasound BT not able to find any sac.my today s beta hcg is 301.am eager to Knw what is happening with me

I really appreciate your concern, first of you have to get done the authentic and accurate test and ultrasonography is the only test that can be done, if this is the pregnancy confirmed then spotting is little common in first trimester, but care need to be taken for normal pregnancy hope this information helps.
