Is Mild Hydronephrosis In The Left Kidney Of A Child With UTI A Concern?
My Son is diagnosed with UTI and found no Issue with BUN and Serum Creatine tests after using antibiotics. In Ultrasound Whole Abdomen they wrote it as Left kidney measuring 5.7 * 2.6 and shows mild dilation of PCS note. Impression: Mild hydronephrosis left kidney. Doctor suggested for MCUG test for 7 months boy, can we goahead.
