Is Metabolic Disease And Mitochondriopathy Curable?

my son's mri shows bilateral symetrical striatal and tegmental lesions with cytotoxic and vasogenic edema, associated with significan diffuse brain atropy. doctrs suspecting metabolic disease and probably mitochodriopathy. Is it curable? How costl the treatment?

I and sorry for the symptoms your son maybe suffering
I read his MRI reports and unfortunately before deciding for treatment the right diagnose should be made
The MRI report is suggestive for metabolic disorder probably mitochondrial
Blood test should be made to determinate the diagnose
There are some deficiencies which are curable but the first step is to determinate the deficiency which is rather difficult
Hope your son will be fine after starting treatment
