Is Medication Required After Analyzing The Blood Results?

hi doc.,im 45 years old. female..im worried with the result of my blood chem. i have a high cholesterol result, high triglycerides, high AST(SGOT) and high ALT(SGPT). Do i need to take a medicine?
Sometimes i felt numbness in my arms & hands. i also felt too much thirsty or dryness in my throat when i am asleep.

HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM

You didnt mentioned about the readings of lipid profile.Its always advisable to start medicines if your at higher side.
Dietary changes are also needed to control in future.
Avoid fatty foods and alcohol.
Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Reduce your consumption of cereal , small meals are advisable.consume healthy proteins reduce consumption of animal fat.
plan out for regular exercise for 30 minutes daily.
