im 23 years old.but visualy 10 std boy. now my question is self satisfaction is right or wrong? in this self self satisfaction reduces our weight and stamina. also not satisfied my wife. si it right? please tell me ur answer.

Hello.Welcome.Probably you are asking about masturbation.Masturbation is perfectly normal and natural.Doing it doesn't reduce your weight or stamina and also you will have no problem in satisfying your wife.Since you are very thinly looking,start doing regular exercises and take good nourishing diet.Good luck.

Self satisfaction (Masturbation) is not wrong if done in privacy and within moderation. It does not have any ill effect on health, but don't over do it.
It will not reduce your weight or make you weak or affect your future married life.
