Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Masturbation is absolutely harmless and you do not have to feel guilty about it. It has no bad effect on your health and skin. Take care that your skin surrounding the scrotum is cleaned and kept dry after masturbation, since continuous wetness of the skin may lead to fungal infection.
