Hi I am a 23 guyworking in IT sectorI do masterbation twice or thrice in a week by watching BF is it bad for health Hi I am a 23+ guy..working in IT sector..I do masterbation twice or thrice in a week by watching it bad for health..?? I do it to control my certain excitement and remove stress from my head ..I feel good.. But my only concern is that will it effect my sex life or my health in future..?? I am really worried about this matter...I have tried a lot to control my feeling without doing it...but I cant...Please give me some advices...
