Is Lump On Left Side Of Neck Associated With Chicken Pox?

I was diagnosed with chickenpox two days ago and today I've noticed a lump on the left side of my neck. When I touch it it feels like a pulled muscle but it's not. It's quite hard and I think it's giving me a sore throat when I swallow. Is this related to my chickenpox?

Hi,
In chicken pox there might be sore throat and upper respiratory tract infection, might lead to enlarge neck lymph nodes.
Go for treatment of chicken pox and every thing will be alright within few days.
Ok and take care.
