Is Lower Right Abdominal Pain A Symptom Of Interstitial Cystitis?
can interstitial cystitis cause pain only in the right side of lower stomach and down into the right groin area. I m a female age 59 obgyn said its ic. not sure myself. I have had a lot of uti s but I do just drink water and eat a no acid (very Low acid diet). so why does it still hurt ?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the lower abdomen pain of right side then causes of this cough be many like it could be uterine related pain, infection, stone, appendicitis, cystitis, nonspecific, muscular pain, colicky pain and others too all of these condition requires differentiation beside the pain medicine condition need to be treated accordingly hope this information helps.
