Is Lower Back Pain With Brown Vaginal Discharge Normal After An Endometrial Ablation?

Had an endometrial ablation done a year back but all of a sudden for the past two months there are days I can t even stand on my feet because of lower back pain and pain in the pelvic area. My worry or concern is that I have thick brown discharge coming down associates with pain, is this normal? What is the way forward

I think your situation may not be related to past ablation. It is either a repetition of the same situation or a pelvic infection of upper reproductive organs. You need to do a colposcopy, pap smear, vaginal smear and maybe an ultrasound to determine the cause of pain and discharge.
