I m 34 1/2 weeks pregnant with my 4th. The baby already dropped and have already begun to experience low back pain, and braxton hicks for about a week, and now am eating like I haven t eaten for months! My other three children were born early. Am I getting close to delivery?

hi
Let me anser your query.

As you are giving history of preterm deliveries, I will suggest you to take bed rest in head low position . Use of uterus relaxing agents like Tab ISOXSUPRINE 10 mg 3 times a day will be of help.

It is desirable to deliver the baby after 37 weeks of pregnancy , so that baby is at maturity and does not need neonatal ICU care.

About , your food cravings- please eat every 3 to 4 hourly. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Include more more portions of fruits, salads, vegetable in the diet.

I hope this answer helps you.
