Is Lower Back Pain A Side Effect Of Taking I Pill And Meftal?
Hi doc.. am a medicl student.. 2 days aftr an unprotected intercourse wth my husband i took i pill.. dat ws on day 13 or 14 of my menstrual cycle (i hv regular cycles 5/30-35) . Abt d same time i took a bubble bath wth some bath gel.. 2 days aftr d bath n d pill i developed dysuria and itching over the introitus.. for which i took meftal 500 bd wth rantac for two days.. applied triben plus cream once. now my probs are lower abd pain n bck pain for 4 days.. n dysuria still present (5 days) n gas trouble for 2 days.. now the back pain is on ts worst sde, doesnt seem to be spine or skeletal muscle related.. are al dese the side efects of the pill.. if so kindly advice d needful

as per information you have given the back pain may be due to i pill but the symptoms of dysuria and itching are highly suggestive of an infection or allergy
Would advise you to take azithromycin ,metronidazoleand anti fungal along with a anti allergen
