Is Lower Abdominal Pain With Heartburn And Nausea Symptom Of Pregnancy?

When I sit down I have a slight pain in my lower abdomen. I have been having stomach fluttering and heartburn along with nauseousness for the past month after missing two periods but my pregnancy test was negative. What could be wrong with me? Could I be pregnant and the test didn't detect it?

Hallow Dear,

If you have missed two periods, your urine pregnancy tests should be conclusive. They are quite sensitive and reliable tests. Your symptoms of heartburn and nausea could be due to digestive problems.

Still if you want to have confirmation of your pregnancy status, please get ultrasonography done. It will give you a direct visual evidence of the pregnancy status.

If you are not pregnant, please report to your Gynaecologist for investigating and appropriately treating this delay in menses. You may take Tab. Devery for 5 days. You should get menses within 4-7 days after discontinuing the pills.

Hope this helps you.
