Is Lower Abdominal Discomfort A Symptom Of STD?

yes i recently visited my doctor because i have a lot of discomfort in the lower and front pelvic area. my doctor took a urine sample for analysis. My Dr and self thought it was a UTI. the lab results were no uti but had someething else. could i possibly have gotten an std from my soon to be an ex husband?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM..

Here you might have early pelvic inflammatory disease like condition....
It may be by sexually transmitted organism ..Do USG of abdomen for it....
If this normal then it could be by simple colitis....
For colitis antibiotic taken....

Get your per speculum examination of genitals to rule out cervicitis like condition.
USG useful to rule out endometritis.
