General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Low urine output is one of the indication that there is an acute insult to the kidneys and occurs due to less perfusion of the kidneys. It needs to be attended immediately.
Kindly check his blood urea, serum creatinine and serum potassium levels. Also his input-output chart needs to be closely monitored.
You would require a Nephrologist to attend and manage his condition.
Kindly do arrangements accordingly at the earliest.
