Is Low BP, Low Body Temperature And Fatigue Normal?

I am a 65 year old female. Significantly overweight. After years of high blood pressure well controlled by medication, I recently had a very low reading (78/54) along with low body temperature (96.4 to 97.7). Doctor cut blood pressure med in half and after a month, reading was 106/74. Resting pulse was 60 and body temperature is closer to normal. Have been dieting and quit smoking 3 months ago. Feel cold often and fatigued.

Hello
Welcome to Healthmagic.com
No low BP and low body temp in itself leads to fatigue.
You must be taking high dose of antihypertensive medications.
Kindly tell me which antihypertensive medications are u taking?
Thanks
