Is Lightheadedness And Dizzy Spells Due To Falling Or Sinus?

I was drunk on Saturday and fell pretty hard on my head leaving a bump. I was told I already blacked out prior to the fall. I woke up the next morning to find out what happened as I remembered none of it. Here is Friday and I still have lightheadness and some dizzy spells. I am not sure if this if because of the fall or if it my sinuses giving me trouble.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the sinusitis, or hypertension, anemia, etc which has caused the dizziness, and fall. Which again would have caused the infection, and bruising .
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, cinnerzine, cifixime, diclofenac .
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
