Hello dear,
Please note the advantage of IUD
Advantages of the IUD
Most women can use an IUD, including women who have never been pregnant.
1. Once an IUD is fitted, it works straight away and lasts for up to 10 years or until it's removed.
2. It doesn't interrupt sex.
3. It can be used if you're breastfeeding.
4. Your normal fertility returns as soon as the IUD is taken out
5. It's not affected by other medicines.

Following are disadvantages occur after post removal of IUD:
1. Your periods may become heavier, longer or more painful, though this may improve after a few months.
2. An IUD doesn't protect against STIs, so you may have to use condoms as well. If you get an STI while you have an IUD, it could lead to a pelvic infection if not treated.
3. The most common reasons that women stop using an IUD are vaginal bleeding and pain.

So I think your period will become regular after 3-4 months when body will get adapted without IUD.
If not resolved, do testing for Hormone like Estrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH, Thyroid profile and if needed Pelvic examination and USG.

Hope this may help you
Wish you good health
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
