Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the low backache and pain in buttocks might be muscular pain. But pain abdomen need to be examined to rule out any preterm labour. The pervaginal examination is to be done to see for any cervical changes. So i suggest you to consult doctor to check for the same.Observe your fetal movements.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres per day to prevent urinary tract infection.Because urinary infections also irritate the uterus leading to pain.
