Is Left Sided Abdominal Point Tenderness A Cause For Concern?

I have been having left side pain below my rib cage for a couple of weeks. Until recently, I thought it was more towards my back. Tonight, as I was lying on the couch, I started pressing around and found it s tender about 2 inches below my ribs at about 15 -20 degrees from my left side. I felt some nausea after pushing on the sore spot. Do I have anything to worry about, Doctor?

It looks like you have what is called an enlarged spleen. What else should i know is do yo have any weakness/poor apetite or bone pain with it ,Because enlarged spleen can be due to various reason one is alcohol another is hemolytic anemia also it may be enlarged in some infections or rarely it may be due to cancer. In short you have to see a nearby doctor
