Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion your child does not lactogen as she is already taking mother's milk. You should start complementary feeding for her with home made semi solid diet. No need to use a dropper you may feed her with spoon or can even use a cup for liquid diets. Lanzol is right for vomiting due to reflux disease. Otherwise it is not required.
