Is Kerosene Ingestion Harmful?

Hi - I'm 70 yrs old & 5'3" & 115lbd @ accidentally injected a very small amount of kerosene after tasting some wine served from a bottle which actually contained kerosene. I spit most of it out but a small amount went down. Very worried. What should I do?

be on safer side you must visit ER and get checked for vital parameters
