Is Itching And Bruises Due To Urticaria?

I have been itching since a few days now- its awfully cold here, and my itch worsened. Now there are bruises where I have itched- blue.green, red - all colors. Is it some kind of urticarial? Initially, it would start with redness and flares, and then if I itch very strongly, there are bruises like lesions. Please advise. Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The chances of urticarial rash is very likely and this becomes very common in cold whether, it can be control with long acting anti histamine and steroids, and the following treatment would be best,
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Dexamethasone 8 mg three times in day ( Taper the dose every after third day till you come on single tab once in day for three day)
this would give good result take care and have nice day.
