Is Itchiness In Legs A Pre Menopause Symptom?

Yes, please in the last three weeks or so I find myself suffering from itchiness in legs and sometimes arms. id does not last too long and comes and goes. However, in the last week or so, the duration of the episodes has increased. I am taking allergy shots, I am 43 and just finished my period four days ago. Could this be pre menopause or could it be related to the allergy shots? Any other possible suggestions?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Yes itchiness is the symptoms of premenopause.
Main reason behind that is hormonal imbalance.
Due to specially estrogen deficiency.
Allergy shot do not cause itchiness.
Take following advice:
Do your hormonal profile
Warm shower
Use gentle shop, better to use liquid shop that mosturize skin well
Keep the skin well moisturize.
Apply lotion contain SPF
Take diet rich in essential fatty acid like salman fish, eggs, flax seed oil
Drink plenty of waters
Eat fruits rich in vitamin C and anti oxidants.
Regular exercise
