Is It To Concerned About Having Frequent UTI?

Hi, I'm a 19 year old female and I have a UTI. I have had many before and this one came up suddenly today. I have Amoxicillin from my last one and took one pill about 4 hours ago, since it is only gotten worse and the pain is unbearable. Should I go to the hospital? Can I take another Amoxicillin?

* Frequent UTI needs thorough evaluation with necessary reports of urine
culture , complete blood counts , serum creatinine , ultrasound of
abdomen & pelvis , diagnostic cystoscopy according to the clinician
concern .

* Amoxycillin dose can be repeated after minimum 6 hours duration .

* I would strongly recommend to visit hospital for the same .
Till then tab. ibuprofen can give primary pain relief .
