Is it to be worried about low BP?

Hi, I am a 21 year old girl otherwise healthy but I have had low blood pressure for a year or two now, my last measurement being 75/44. I want to know if I should further investigate this or leave it? I have experienced dizzy spells, lightheadedness and fatigue over the past year as well but I ve just been told everyone feels like that sometimes ?

Hi,

Blood pressure of 75/44 mm Hg is lower than normal. Since you are experiencing certain symptoms like dizzy spells and lightheadedness, it is advisable for you to get clinically evaluated. Kindly consult Physician for clinical examination and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,

Hi I am on the second round of HCG. Last night I arose in the middle of the night to go to the washroom. however that didn t happen I ended up fainting?? I normally have very low blood pressure. Is this something I should worry about. This morning I just feel tired, and weak. I think the cause yesterday was due to doing to much..putting me into a calorie deficet? Should I see the Dr?

Hi. I am turning 24 in April. I am using medication for low blood pressure (Akrinor). Some days it is bad, but most of the time I feel fine. I went to the gym this morning. My blood pressure reading was 123/68. I was running on the treadmill and a few minutes in I started to feel bad. My head began to feel very heavy my hands and feet a funny numb feeling. It also started to get dark. I stopped immediately and came home. I feel better, but my hands and feet still feel a bit funny. Has this anything to do with my blood pressure and should I be worried?
