Is It To Be Concerned About The Lump Near The Collarbone?

Hi there, I have a question in regards to a small lump that is right next to my collar bone. It moves a lot when I touch it, it does not hurt, it s oval shape and has been there for several months now. I have talked to my regular doctor about it and she dismissed it by saying that it was a fatty pocket?? Can you please tell me what it sounds to you and if I should be concern about it?? Thank you

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have soft tissue tumour like lipoma or enlarged cervical lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia or tuberculosis. You should go for ultrasound test and fine needle aspiration cytology study of that mass. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
