Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by excessive WBC in urine and also presence of RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
Trace of protein can be normally present in urine.
You also need clinical correlation.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
