Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is normal after disc surgery to show calcification in the tracheal region, which is coincidentally in your esophagus area. It is nothing to be afraid of as these are calcifications are harmless. That feeling in the throat, if it is very uncomfortable you can consult your ENT/gastroenteritis oat for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
