Is It To Be Concern About The Lump In Between The Thigh And Testicle?

I have a lump in the crease between my right inner thigh and right testicle, it is about 20mm long and about 5mm dia, shaped like a rugby ball. It is quite tender and moves slightly, I first noticed a slight pain there 2 weeks ago. I am 41 years old, 5'10" 80kg, I cycle, play football and do martial arts. Any advice would be greatfully received.
