Was in Orlando Disney resort last week and got a insect bite on the back of my upper arm,
thought it was a moskito bite cause it kinda swelled up & was itchy. But day latter I am left with a red really dry patch on my arm. It's now a week. What is that? is it dangerous? what do i nead to do to treat it?

Without obsevation of the wound it will be difficult to ask as what has bit you. but as week has passed, you should start with steroid, antihistaminic, analgesics and antibiotics. it is respectively a prednisolone, cetrizine, aceclofenac and co amoxiclav. this is a pharmacological name but you find for your locally popular brand of drugs with consultation of family physician. thanx healthcare magic
