Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I am not sure. I would like to get Biopsy again if diagnosis is not sure. If swelling is since five years it can not be TB. Mostly it is chronic synovitis. So take second opinion. Do not take TB medicine with out confirming diagnosis.
