Hi welcome to HCM...

According to history your child having ear infection ...

Is your child having tympanic membrane perforation. ????
Otitis externa or otitis media can be there ....

Diagnosis : otorrhea

Here secondary infection your child have discharge ...So no worry ...

Complete course of antibiotic drop ....

Give him healthy and balanced diet ...
If needed decongestant can be given like antihistaminic drugs ......

If discharge more enough than consult ENT surgeon for Otoscopy examination and if found more swelling short term steroid might given ...

Take care ....
