Hello,

You have all the symptoms of migraine. Blurred vision occurs in migraine due to the sensitivity to light and sound, you may see flashes of light or waves, lines or spots, dry eyes also causes blurred vision. Get your migraine treated at the earliest.

Nausea, vomiting, giddiness are the common symptoms of migraine but since you are vomiting blood, you are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined & get investigations done to rule out Meningitis.

It is important to detect the color of the blood in the vomit, bright red, coffee colored, etc. Sometimes ruptured aneurysms cause severe headache, nausea & vomiting, drowsiness, loss of balance.

You may need to go through Imaging tests, CTA, MRA. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

In the meantime quit smoking, alcohol or addictions if any, stay away from stress & oily food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
