Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your medical report that you have written above and i might say as follows:
-depending from the age, a volume of 30,1cc might be considered normal.
-residue urine post void of 36.8 cc is not considered a huge problem.

Usually, when the midlobe of the prostate is enlarged,it gives a lot of symptoms.

Do you get up at night a lot (3-4 times to urinate)? If no, than there is nothing to be worried. You just need to check up the volume of your prostate every 6 months to 1 year if you are over 40.

Also if you have blood in your urine, or the pression of your urine is not the same anymore, you need to check up with a urologist to do some tests like PSA, or digital rectum examination. (with the volume of your prostate,i don't think that this is necesary)

If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.
